Subscriptions

backshack.ai tools are sold as monthly subscriptions. Payment is taken through Square using the card you put on file, and your subscription renews each month until you cancel it.

Your first 7 days

Your first payment starts a 7-day trial with access to every tool. During the trial, each tool you have not subscribed to allows up to 10 AI runs. MCP Access and Sharing are not part of the trial; they unlock once you subscribe to enough tools. After 7 days you keep the tools you subscribed to, and the others lock. The trial is available once per person, and one card cannot start a second one.

Cancelling

If you cancel during the 7-day trial, your access ends immediately and your first payment is refunded in full. After the trial you can cancel at any time; your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not give partial refunds for the rest of a period.

Your data

Work you saved in a tool that locks is kept. It comes back as soon as you subscribe to that tool again. Your data is deleted if you delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects what you pay or what you can do, we will tell you before it applies to you.
