Pressure Test
Find out how your plan breaks before you commit to it
Paste in a plan. Pressure Test audits the assumptions it depends on, plays out how your rivals might respond, and ranks the risks most likely to hurt you.
Plans get approved on hope. The assumptions nobody tested and the rival response nobody thought through only show up after the money is spent.

- Spot the fragile ones: important to the plan and weakly supported
- Watch a round-by-round war game of your rivals' response, with a referee's ruling each round
- Get a ranked risk register with an owner, an early warning sign and a response for each risk
